Severe acute respiratory distress syndrome in association with coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) occured more that 6 million cases in Poland since first patient  on 04, March 2020. We present patient with SARS-CoV-2 and thrombus in ascending aorta. Clinically patient had also significant coronary artery disease which schould be treated by cardiac surgeons. Surgery was performer by medial sternotomy and  systematic hipothermia.
