Neurobrucellosis may develop at any stage of the disease and can affect any part of nervous system with variable manifestation that chronic intracranial hypertension (10%) and polyradiculopathy (9.1%) are rare manifestation of neurobrucellosis (1,2). Here, we report an unusual case of neurobrucellosis admitting with intracranial hypertension secondary to chronic meningitis, followed by radiculopathy.
